The provision of Mortgage Advice in NZ is regulated and is legally only able to be administered by registered Financial Advisers. This website provides one online service – a convenient means for site users to instead be contacted by a registered mortgage adviser, who are able to then provide regulated advice services. The Approved Mortgage website does not employ any mortgage advisers itself and cannot provide mortgage broker, mortgage advice services.
This Website was prepared for use by New Zealand users only, and may not satisfy the laws of other countries. You should not use this Website if you do not reside in New Zealand.

Please note that before you choose a mortgage adviser you must satisfy yourself as to its suitability for your situation, needs, and objectives. Users of the webservice are encouraged to contact other mortgage advisers and on balance of discussing their requirements, make a choice of which adviser is best suited to their requirements. We do not hold that advisers sourced via this online service are better suited or qualified to meet users requirements and accept no liability for site users selection of their preferred mortgage adviser to engage.

The website’s mortgage broker call-back request service does not take personal circumstances into account; as such, all information provided should be considered general and should not be considered as advice or a recommendation as this webservice cannot provide advice in any form.
